  • Do you ship internationally?
    Not at this time.
  • If I am local, can I pickup my order?
    Yes. When you checkout, there will be an option to "Pickup Order." You will receive a notification on pickup details after you checkout.
  • When will I receive my order?
    Most items listed are already made and ready to ship within 1-2 business days. If you have a custom order, shipping times may vary. You can send an email regarding your custom order for more details.
  • What is your return and refund policy?
    For returns and/or exchanges, please email me at yarnloftny@yahoo.com within seven (7) days of receipt of your order if what you received does not match what you ordered and we will gladly correct it for you. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Please note: Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • What if my package is lost?
    If your package is considered lost, I will gladly refund or replace it. Timeline for fulfillment varies.
  • Can I request a custom order?
    Yes! Please go to the Custom Orders page and fill out the form. Custom orders typically take 7-10 days and will ship 1-2 days after your item is finished. This timing may vary depending on how many orders are received before yours. I will give you more details when I receive your request.
